• Audio Recordings: All Paath and Kirtan audio recordings are exclusively produced by Nanaksar Recording Studio. Downloading, redistributing, rebroadcasting, or commercially using these recordings without written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Photographs & Gallery Images: Images of the Gurudwara premises, religious events, and Samagams are owned by Nanaksar Amritghar. They may not be used for commercial purposes or published elsewhere without prior written consent.
• Gurbani Text: Gurbani is the eternal word of the Guru. Our specific presentation, layout, translations, and transliterations are the work of this platform and are protected accordingly.
• Personal & Non-Commercial Use: Visitors and app users are welcome to view and use all content for personal spiritual practice, sharing within the Sangat (community), or educational reference, provided it is done respectfully and without alteration.
